FTP Logins Fail

Hi I have a site with IPage that I want to use with the Challenge, I have tried to setup he account for the website, but no matter what I do I keep getting the "Note that the FTP logins provided are incorrect." error.
Yes I have checked and rechecked the username and password, gone as far a entering it into cyperduck, and was able to connect from this platform.
There are no @ characters in my username.
Would really appreciate it if someone could come to my rescue on this.
