I currently have my blog on the home page of my site. I want to change it to a subordinate page and put some other stuff on the home page. Two questions

1. What folder would I use to install it?
2. Can I do it in the website settings page WPDirect (I dont want to reinstall the theme since I customized it)

Thanks,

Arif

Hi Arif.<div><br /></div><div>1. You should choose a folder named appropriately to your intentions, as it will show as part of your URL. For example, if you move it to a folder called blog it will be accessible at http://www.yourwebsite.com/blog/</div><div><br /></div><div>2. You can use the WPDirect Migration Tool under the Advanced section of the Website Settings page to move your site automatically to a new location, however because you are moving it to a subdirectory on the same domain and server, this can introduce complications. We strongly recommend you work with your hosting support directly to move the site.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks.&nbsp;</div><br /><br />Brian Zeligson<br /> Customer Support Representative<br /> WPDirect.com<br />
