Can Not Install Any

Hello WPDirect support team,
Today I placed an order via wpdirect.com/30dc link.
It says it'll give me installing up to 10 sites (not installations).
But right now I tried install 3 times and it isn't working for me right now. It tell me to upgrade the membership subscription.
But I have already. I choose Bronze plan, it's about 50 days free and 19$ per month after this period.
Please can you help me to solve this issue?
