How do you transfer a site to a new owner?

I am getting ready to sell one of my WPDirect sites on Flippa. Is there a way within WPDirect to make the transfer to someone who does not have a WPDirect account?

In order to have access to the WPD specific plugins on the site, the new owner of the blog will need a WPD account (particularly a Gold account or higher for Bouyant PageRank.)</div><div><br /></div><div>2. Same as #1.
