I have been working on your 1st page tools now for some time, still no help from you lot, still don't know how to upload to my site.

I have spent all day now trying to set this site up, Your video tutoraial says click "install web site now" to upload BUT HOW ??
This help is in my view rubbish, I have never waited so long for help ever before.
