You will need a hosting account with one of our supported hosts. We strongly recommend HostGator. There is a list of compatible hosts here: Which hosting companies do you support?
Your hosting must have a minimum space allocation of 30MB and if you are using cPanel, make sure that you have database access.
Before you attempt an installation on your hosting provider, you should type the address of the site into a browser and verify that you get an Index-of listing. If you receive an "Not Found" error message, your site is not ready and you need to wait at least 72 hours for propagation.
If you are installing an add-on domain, make sure that you are using the username and password for the main FTP account, not the addon account. We cannot accept a username with the @ symbol in it.
If you want to use your own dedicated server, we ask that you seek a system admin to setup the server with the ideal requirements, including PHP, MySQL, Apache, etc.

I appreciate the answer above but unfortunately, it's not working for me.
When I type in the url with www in front I see title, categories, etc. Without the www, I am getting the index of page but I am also getting errors.
This is the only time I have had this issue with installing a new site.
Any ideas?
