We strive to respond to all tickets within 12 hours, but this response time may vary depending on our current workload. Rest assured that all tickets will be responded to as fast as we possibly can! Here are some tips to help us reduce our response time to your ticket:

1. Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing so we can answer your question on the first try. The more specific you are, the faster we can respond and the fewer replies will be required to resolve the issue.
2. Do not submit more than one ticket about the same issue (i.e., review your old tickets for responses), as this will actually delay our response time.
3. Please do not respond to your ticket if it has not yet been answered. This will bump your ticket to the back of the line, thereby increasing response time.
4. Please check this question board to see if we have already answered this question. Chances are, we have!

In short, please be patient and don't panic if you don't get an immediate response. We take pride in our customer service and do our best to answer all tickets as quickly and thoroughly as possible, but this is not always an easy thing to do. Your patience will be rewarded.

I submitted a ticket on 9/25 requesting to cancel my Bronze membership and revert to Free membership, but 3 days later I'm still waiting. Even though they recommend not to re-submitt a ticket I sent them another ticket tagged as URGENT. They're supposed to bill me tomorrow and I don't want to take a chance. I also had a bad experience with another membership site in which they never responded to my cancellation request even though I had been a member for almost a year. I had to cancel that credit card in order to stop them from billing me again.
