We recently updated our site structure from active sites per account to installations per account, which is the reason you are seeing the message asking you to purchase more installations..

You can view site installation limits here www.wpdirect.com/features.html.

Existing members are eligible receive a one-time additional site installation credit upon request by submitting a ticket at www.wpdirect.com/support.

If you are a FREE user (i.e. not Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) who has experienced installation issues and used up your three included installations, we can temporarily upgrade your account to 30DC PLUS. This will give you one week to complete your installations before your account is reverted back to FREE.

We limit the number of installations for non-paid accounts by default to prevent abuse (some users have been known to use our service to mass-install WordPress sites), but are more than happy to help you out if you've legitimately had trouble with your installations.

The system automatically flushes installation counts so that they are equal to the number of sites on your account. However, this happens infrequently.

If you run out of installs before this happens let us know by submitting a ticket: http://www.wpdirect.com/support/
