What is the IonCube Loader and how do I configure it?

The Ioncube Loader is a software component required to run on your hosted site in order for WPDirect to manage your sites. BlueHost and HostMonster implement this component called Ioncube differently than most. In order to be supported you need to configure your account as shown in the video at this link- http://www.viddler.com/explore/twofeetmedia/videos/16/
If you are hosted by one of our other supported providers, Ioncube will already be properly configured to work with WPDirect.
WPD Supported Hosting Providers
1. Hostgator (must include DB access - without @ in ftp)
2. Midphase
3. BlueHost (using Ioncube config video)
4. HostMonster (using Ioncube config video)
5. Dreamhost
6. Other cPanel hosts

I am trying to use it on dreamhost but it is not working.
