How does this question board work?

Whether you're a newbie to WPD or just to ask.wpdirect.com, please read this question about how to use this Question Board first!

In order to help you get the best use of this Question Board, here are some tips:
1. The default "page" on this question board is the Featured Questions section. These are questions periodically selected by the WPD support staff that represent the most frequently asked questions. Think of the Featured Questions page as a dynamic FAQ.
2. Before you submit a question, please check to see if it has already been asked via the search box or by browsing the Votes page. Duplicate questions do a disservice to the community by making answers harder to find.
3. If you see that your question has already been asked but not answered, please do not ask it again. This will only bog down our staff and delay the answer! Instead, give previously submitted questions your vote by clicking the up arrow next to it! We always give priority to questions with the most votes. That is the only way we can prioritize which questions we answer first.
4. If you still can't find what you need here, please submit a ticket here.

We are currently getting a lot of tickets for simple issues that are already addressed on this question board. In order to reduce ticket response time, please check this question board first before submitting a ticket. This will benefit the entire WPD community.
