Hey, saw this asked on the 17th with no answer yet. i am trying to figure out how to change the email address associated with the "contact us" section of the website. thanks :)

WPDGuru said it largely depends on the forms plugin that you are using, and he is absolutley correct. i went to wp-admin-->Plugins-->Contact Form 7 (settings) and there is the email that you can change which is associated with the contact us page.

This largely depends on the forms plugin that you are using.
In most cases however you should be able to update the email address in wp-admin-->settings (www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php)

I have the same issue Kellen-23540 but the admin-settings solution doesn't help me, the contact-us link still goes nowhere.

Hi, I have the same problem. I've set up an email account in the HostGator CPanel but when you complete the Contact Us form on my website, it won't send and I get this error message:
"Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way."

An update. I changed my settings in the Admin>general but it still doesn't work.
