WPD ad manager won't doesn't work.

When I first uploaded a sales offer in WPD ads and banners I had no problem. The ad showed up and it registered with the ad manager. I later deleted it to make some changes and now I can't get it to work. I'm simply baffled and don't understand what to do about it. I deleted the first ad from WP admin and tried to start over but nothing works. Anyone else have this problem?
