New install doesn't install blog properly, not all files installed!

I am trying to install a new WPDirect blog. I have folowed the instructions just as shown in the 30 day challenge. I am using Hostgator for hosting and have entered al of the correct details, checked the details and everything lots and lots and they are correct, but whenever it installs the blog it doesn't create all of the files and I am just left with 2 folder on an Index of/ page for my site.
The 2 folders created are wpanswers and youtube2wordpress which are the content posting feature I think, but no wp-admin or anything is created so I can't do anything!
I contacted Hostgator and they checked out my hosting and did tests with the FTP and the MySQL and everything was fine. They also reset my permissions so definitely not an issue with the hosting.
Why on earth is it not installing properly for me?
PLEASE any help would be most appreciated.

OK i have solved the issue now.
The problem was I have a reseller hosting account and I forgot to increase the disk space for my domain so I was trying to install it with only 1mb of disk space allocated to the domain!
I changed the disk space for the domain to 5GB and it installed perfectly straight away.
I hope this helps anyone else that encounters a similar problem.
