Hi Dean.
If your WordPress blog is hosted on a cPanel based host, you can import it into WPDirect.com by logging in and clicking the Import Existing Website link at the top right of your WPD control panel.

Horrible answer... Where are the real instructions... the instructtions on the page after selecting the import files that is not where you said it was do not tell me anything... Give us the help we need or your going to loose a lot of customers that have existing WP blogs to import
