How Do I Contact You Guys?

I can't find the answer I am looking on this board and I need help! What is the best way to contact you?

well i've submitted multiple tickets and in some cases it's been longer than 72 hours. concerned.

Sorry you experienced such a delay, that is unusual so I suspect there may be something happening with your account. Please email your ticket numbers to pnowicki@harvardav.com and I will figure out what happened with your tickets.

I'm experiencing the same problem as Kevin. I sent two tickets about two different issues days ago and still havent gotten a response. Very Concerned!

I'm having the same problem. I've sent two tickets and no response.

WPDirect won't install. The domain is working and setup correctly. I submitted an ticket and received a cryptic answer,...
"It looks like there is a holding page up.
You need to make sure there is an Index Of page before you install.
Then there are probably a couple of files to delete."
What is a "holding page up"? What is an "Index of page"? What files should be deleted??
getting no response, I posted on the forum asking for claricication and received this message. "Unfortunately your registration at Forums did not meet our membership requirements. Therefore your registration was deleted."
...and I'm a paid member. 07-02-2010 CHECK/DEBIT / VSA PUR BLINKING DOT SOFTWARE $47.00

..the "account location" dialog box is not showing up on the form i'm provided to use to setup a site. This box is shown at about 3:15 in the video http://www.viddler.com/explore/twofeetmedia/videos/12/ the training video shows one thing and reality is something else. Files do not seem to be going into the correct folder... (public_HTML)

Kelly- I too am having problems trying to install. I have sent in a ticket and I hope my reply helps me. Did you get your issue resolved? I keep getting "syntax error- parsejson could not connect-67.18.96.45. I found this re-occurring problem in Help section.
I don't know where I'm supposed to get FTP user and password- I can't find the info for my addon domain.
I hope this gets easier!

If you are having problems w/WPD, go into the Challenge Forum directly. People are more likely to respond more quickly to your questions and you may also find threads that relate to your specific question.
