How can I change the title of my page from Contact Us to Click here for Free Session

Hi Liz.
If you log into wp-admin and click Pages on the left sidebar, you should see the Contact Us page listed at that screen. Hover over the title and click Edit to open the page editor. There you can change the title.

Brian_WPD_Support's advice "You should see this page listed if you log into wp-admin and click Pages on the left sidebar. If it's not there, you can create it by clicking Pages->Add New." worked for me ... except it would have been good to know to go to "Page Title" as that was what was creating the words "Contact Us" in the top right banner. So once I changed "Page Title" I was good to go. That's change number 2 of many to get my first site looking more spiffy.

... So the trick was finding "Page title" once I had clicked Edit to open the page editor.
