I have the same issue! I uploaded the make it sticky plugin and WPD says all OK and I have to just activate it from the manage plugins page but it is not appearing on that page. Please help?

found the page in wp-admin and activated the plugin but now has returned a fatal error and also one of my sites has disappeared! Very frustrating....
