Submitting An Ad Via Market Samurai

I have today attempted several times to submit an ad to my site via the Market Samurai route. The ad has appeared on my site but is a total unreadable mess.
This is the second theme I have tried to solve the problem (the first used a text colur which blended into the background)and I have simply ended up with the same ad in two postions and both look totally unacceptable.
Is there a way I can get into the codes to sort this out?

(By the way, I would have submitted this as a ticket but the support function is not working for some reason).

If you are still unable to submit a help ticket, please try submitting a Pre-Sales ticket about this, as this will not require you to log in. Once we can pull up your account from the ticket we will be able to look further into this for you.
As per your issue posting from Market Samurai, several issues with the Market Samurai Ad Posting function were resolved with their latest update, so please make sure you are using the most current version of that software. If after that you are still having trouble, you'll need to contact Market Samurai's support group at http://www.noblesamurai.com/support/ .
