Problems with installing the website

I'm having problems to install the website on my hosting account.
I have used 50 wbes Hosting which is a shared hosting and has a cpanel available. However it's not on the supported list of hosting profiders and also not on the list of not supported hosting providers. Does anyone know what to do or has any advise?
I've opened a ticket and posted the question there but haven't received any response so far.
