Importing a WP site

I have been trying to import several WP blogs into WPDirect using "Import existing site" and have had no success. I am continuously told that I "have typed in the wrong location" when I have repeatedly put in my cpanel user name and password correctly. BTW - this always has worked when I am putting up a new site to WPD. I have also searched to make sure the site location is correct and have copied and pasted directly from my cpanel the location. Still no go.......this is soooooo frustrating. I subscribed to WPD to make things easy but it ain't!
Also, agree with another writer that you say you have a tutorial on importing a site but there is no tutorial. Come on guys...please make these tasks a bit easier.

This issue should be in a ticket. Hard to troubleshoot it from here. The problem could be different for different customers.

Did Elizabeth manage to get her sites imported?
I understand your point about things being different for different customers but 12 months after Elizabeth and other pointing this out there still seems to be no documentation on importing a wordpress blog.
