Sidebar issue with IE v Firefox

I can't seem to get the sidebar on my WPD blog to align properly on IE. When I use firefox and any other browser it works perfectly except for IE. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

I can't seem to get the sidebar on my WPD blog (www.watchesforrunning.com) to align properly on IE. When I use firefox and any other browser it works perfectly except for IE. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

My site doesn't show.

How can I get my site to show completely on IE? It comes up fine on Fire Fox but everyone that I've sent my link to so far uses IE and only sees the banner.
