Sidebar issue with IE v Firefox

I can't seem to get the sidebar on my WPD blog to align properly on IE. When I use firefox and any other browser it works perfectly except for IE. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Banner Ads

Cannot delete ads

I finally managed to publish my ad using Market Samurai. Now I have a problem deleting the ad. I deleted it from the control panel of WPD as well as the pretty link control panel of WP. Some how the ad refuses to go!! Help anyone has an answer?

How can you change the placement of an ad
