I've put my Google Adsense ID in my website settings and saved it, but no Adsense adds are appearing. How do I add Adsense to my WPD sites? Also, once I have adds, how do I change their size and positioning on my website?

Adsense Id doesn't match...

I'm curious why my adsense shows 2 different publisher id's. One is obviously mine but where is this other one coming from? Does the plugin we use on our wpd sites have it's own pub id? And if so, why is that? I'd sure appreciate some input here.

How can I wrap text around my adsense block. With the importance of placing good content "above the fold" seems we shouldn't be wasting space next to the ad block. Any suggestions?
