How to make banner ad open in same window?

I don't like that my banner ad opens the link in a new window. How do I make it so the link opens in the same window?

I am trying to add banner ads to my site and have been able to get the banner to show but when clicked takes me to a blank page. I think I need help in learning how to add banner ads. Can anyone tell me how you do it? Dave

Can I move the AdSense ads?

I want to put my AdSense ads beneath my posts (at the bottom of my page, on my sidebar, etc..) Is this possible? Can I add Adsense as a banner ad on my blog?

I would like to add a banner on my blog. When I go to Ads & Banners Setup what do I do. I have the banner image on my hard drive. How do I upload it?
