error: Make sure that the FTP information are correct

I bought a domain from Godaddy and added it to my Hostgator account add-on domains. When I try to install a new site with the domain, and I try to click continue on step 2 (the step after you choose a template) I get the error "Make sure that the FTP

Hi can you help? My site stats keep coming up with this message, Open flash chart Json parse error(syntax error) Error at charater 0, line 1, 0, <;br/> in a small white box, does anybody know why this is and how i can fix it ? thanks x

Keep getting error massage: 173.1.45.242

Need help can't get pass step 2, keep getting the same error massage, that states: SyntaxError: parseJSON--Couldn't connect to 173.1.45.242. What can I do to move to the next level? Thanks
