adsense not working, plugin deactivated

It says plugin file does not exist. I try reinstalling it and it doesn't work. So there is no adsense on my page this happened after having a problem with my page loading. Read to change the plugin file from plugins to plugin now some plugins work

Theme and Plugins from Wordpress.org

I have uploaded a theme and some Plugins from wordpress.org. The theme is working fine and the Plugins are active but not showing on my website. Are there restriction of using Plugins here in WPD?
