Where does Google get the text it shows with my URL?

I want to change it so that the next time Google indexes my site it gets the new text. Thanks!

How do I change 'About Me' on my blog?

At the moment the 'About Me' section of my blog is in what looks like latin, how do I change it so I can include some information about myself?
