How do I move a Wordpress Blog to WPD?

switching between Wordpressdirect and wordpress

Hello! I am curently doing the 30 day challenge and have installed Wordpressdirect on my computer. I have also installed Wordpress as I find the dashboard easier to use. The problem is that I can no longer access Worpress, only Wordpressdirect.
